bryant_mitchell
so... i got this multi-function back, and everything i can find online about it seems that it should totally rock out... only thing i can't find is an actual manual for it. the konica/minolta/sony (did i leave anyone out?) website's have nothing on it. i actually did find one manual online, but it's in german, and, sadly, i don't speak german. in short... does anybody out here have a manual they can scan and email, fax, photocopy and mail, or let me come over for dinner and read? thanks in advance! peterblaise
Hi and welcome, Bryant, Yes, but I've got to dig. Anyone else beat me to it? See: http://www.geocities.com/peterblaise/minoltamf/ Minolta Multifunction Back for X-700 ... with Date/Data Imprint and Intervalometer (takes a series of pictures at programmed intervals) "JAPAN", Y2K compatible uses 2x 3v lithium CR1/3N or 4x 1.5v silver-oxide or alkaline S-76, EPX-76, A-76 batteries, metal and plastic It can imprint data on the film within the image area, and can control the camera and an attached flash. The LCD (liquid crystal display) shows time and date and/or image sequence number and/or interval countdown. Combined with an auto winder, it can take a series of pictures on it's timer. With the camera on B, can hold the shutter open for a programmed length of time for long exposures. ... more when I FIND the actual owner's manual!<div></div>
