jorge
Mexico - Michoacán State. Darkroom Available to Photo.Net Members. To Photo.Net Members traveling through or near Uruapan Michoacán while in Mexico; you are welcome to do your own film processing at my home darkroom. I don't run a professional service --just an amateur like most of you-- but have a fairly well furbished darkroom; Jobo CPE-2, Nova slot processors for RA4 color and B&W, 4x5 color enlarger. Also have an assortment of plastic and stainless tanks & reels to handle most anything from 35mm and 120/220 roll- film to 4x5". Usually keep fresh Xtol, D76, HC-110 and Kodak C-41 chemicals in stock. Never done E-6 but there are chemicals available locally if you know how. Goes without saying that this is not a business so there are no charges involved other than reinbursing me for the materials used. You are welcome not only to the use of the darkroom but also to chat about photography and a cup of cofee or bottle of beer. I am always happy to meet other fellow photographers. I can also provide guidance and/or help both on processing the film as on visiting the area if needed. barry schmetter
What a nice offer, Jorge. It makes me want to travel to Uruapan Michoacán just to sit down and have a beer with you (and putter about in your darkroom).
Spearhead
You should have posted this two years ago when I was there. I would have been glad to stop in...

Tzintzuntzan, Copyright 2001 Jeff Spirer
Music and Portraits Blog: Life in Portugal
