-linda-
I'd like to let photographers who are interested in photojournalism know about a new photographic project called pho[to-be]rlin, it’s obviously based in Berlin and it addresses photo-passionate people all over the world.
Internationally renowned photo-journalists are invited to lead a 3 or 4 day workshop in Berlin. During the workshop and under the guidance of the Master, students will acquire the skills necessary to build a reportage by analyzing magazines tearsheets, comparing between peers, dealing with real-situation problems, editing their images and writing the captions. The next workshops will be held by: Stefano De Luigi (VII Agency), Guillaume Herbaut (Institute), Jocelyn Bain Hogg (VII Agency) and James Withlow Delano (Redux Pictures). You can have a look at the pho[to-be]rlin Wokshops Calendar.

Each workshop is preceded by an open lecture, a good occasion to meet big names of contemporary photojournalism.
