Mamiya M645 lens specialists -- I need your help

I recently got two new (used) wide angle lenses for the M645 system. Both have

the same problem: The rear of the lens (where the bayonet is) has a little bit

of play -- it's not perfectly fixed/solid as my other M645 lenses. The part of

the bayonet moves a tiny little bit around, less than 1 millimeter, but this

shouldn't be normal -- I didn't order a tilt/shift lens! This means that the

lens sits rather loose on the camera body when mounted. It also clanks a little

bit when moved, so it is pretty obvious that the bayonet fixing is not rigid.

All screws I can see are very tightly screwed in, so those don't seem to be the

problem. Has anybody else experienced this kind of problem and knows if this can

easily be fixed by myself? Given the hourly rates of photo repair people I

hesitate to give them to the local "camera clinic" if the lens has to be taken

apart. I can probably return the lenses, but since this seems to be not a

one-time problem, I would like to know more about this issue.

Scott, I'm in Germany. I had to deal with Mamiya Deutschland once to have my RZ maintainced and their prices were simply outragous.

Sheldon, if there is an easy fix for this problem why go through the hassle of packaging, shipping, waiting for the refund and dealing with slow bureaucracy?
