nicole_russell
I know this is a rather dumb question.... but if i am shooting with a 105mm Nikon Macro lens, and shooting with Strobes, do i need to compenste my meter reading to let in more light? i wasnt sure if that was only on extension tubes or with Macro lenses also. Thanks!!!!nicole
dan_fromm1
Read magnification off the lens' barrel after you've selected it, remember that exposure compensation is approximately (m+1), e.g., at 1:1 open up 2 stops. For magnifications under .25 (1:4), no need to compensate. If you're using auto-TTL flash all this is moot.
