Setting the shutter speed manually works fine, but on Auto the shutter speed just seems to be "fast" - slower speeds don't seem to work (in fact it doesn't seem to adjust at all). f_beal Posted March 18, 2005 Author Share Posted March 18, 2005 Sadly, I've tried replacing the battery with one from another LX that works perfectly and it makes no difference. The shutter operates OK manually - it's as though the connection between the meter and the shutter closing mechanism isn't working to adjust the timing. I'm going to replace the shutter blades anyway, so while I have it open I'll have a look around - any advice of what to look for and what NOT to do would be gratefully recieved!
