barry_trewartha
Can anyone tell me why is there is no LP-E6 batteries for the Canon 5D MK11. This a very expensive camera, and it seem the only battery you can get is one that is a copy. I have one on order at Warehouse Express for over 8 weeks now. The price was quoted £60, but if you shop in Hong Kong they are £90 and more. Does anyone know if Canon are addessing this problem.
Thank You
Barry.
bobatkins
I've seen Canon batteries for sale, but you'll be paying $120 or more for them (assuming you can find one in stock). That's US of course. I don't know about the UK.

Personally, I'd just buy a cloned version off eBay for a fraction of the price. That's what I've done for all my other model-specific Li-ion cells.

barry_trewartha
Thank you Bob for getting back. Do you think the clone ones will be ok, the price is a lot lower, and i have viewed them on EBAY. Again thank you for your kind advise.
Barry.
