Low-light Gossen lightmeter

When people write that these go down to -8EV or whatever that's with exposure compensation.

 

They only really go down to -3, or rather the Luna pro. Never had the digipro.

 

 

Honestly, when you get down that dark, for me it's just easier to eyeball it and maybe bracket. I can't see the face of the

Luna Pro to see the readings anyway when it's that dark.

 

If the digipro has a lighted display, I would get that one just for that reason. I'm selling my Luna Pro F, I don't really use it.

<p>I have the Gossen Luna-Pro digital F. In very low light--much too low to read the meter--when set to ISO 400, it will read as low as 1 minute at F/5.6 and a half (or 2 seconds at f/1 and a half), but no lower than that. But you need a flashlight to see the display.</p>
