Logo Border Around Pictures for Blog- How to in Photoshop?

I want to add a logo to the pictures I post on my blog but I do NOT want it on the picture. I'd like to put a white border around the picture with my Logo at the bottom (much like many other photographers do).
I know there is a step by step photoshop action process for this but I can't find it for the life of me. Anyone know how to do this and how to make an Action of it in photoshop so I can do it each time?
Thanks!

You can open the photo, click image, canvas size (to create a border), add a few inch height and width big enough to contain your logo. If you want a standard size border, you can create an action. Go to the action tab, create new action (name it border with logo) and then click canvas size (to create a border), add a few inch height and width. Click stop and you can use this action in the future. I dont know how to automatically add a border though.
Good luck!
