Moving On Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 (edited) Life was short and cheap and hard for centuries for mankind. And it can be again. Never forget how blessed we are to live in America at this time. Thanks for the reminder to take nothing for granted. My Grandaddy told my Dad as they strung fence, setting posts in the rocky Arkansas Ozarks, “You wouldn’t last a day at Ford Motor Company”. Dad was 5 years old at the time. And he didn’t have to go through what those children went through. The threads that hold civilization together can become tenuous in so few generations.
