tristanlimpophotography
So The consensus is tn monitors suck. I think we are all agreed on that. What is missing is a way to find the non tn monitors. I think we should start a list, for everybody's sake. If you have a non tn monitor; let us know what you have, rough price, panel type, and if you like it! Just the basics, so everybody knows what their options are in the various price ranges. I'd start the list, but I don't have one yet. Hence the need for the list!

tristanlimpophotography
You're right that is a great thread! Their are a lot of good links there. As for Google... it is hopeless, I have been doing my homework, and most of the time is spent sifting through crap and ads, that's why I'm trying to create a list on photo.net... to save people some time. so, a couple pulled from that thread: Acer AL2616W (widescreen) has a 26 inch 6 ms (g2g) PVA panel or s-ips Acer AL2616Ws (widescreen) has a 26 inch 6 ms (g2g) PVA panel or s-ips Acer AL2616Wsd (widescreen) has a 26 inch 6 ms (g2g) S-IPS (LG.Philips LM260WU1) panel Dell 2007WFP 16:10 S-IPS or S-PVA lottery HP LP2065 4:3 S-IPS or S-PVA (panel lottery) NEC 20WMGX2 or NEC 20WGX2 (Europe) S-IPS NEC 2070NX (NOT the "VX") S-IPS Samsung 215TW S-PVA
