jean_moxhet
Just found in a garage sale, a double cable release from Leitz with one cable with classic screw head and the other with Leica head.
What's name and use for that? For some model of Visoflex (not the 1 because it needs double Leica screw heads)?

alex_lofquist
Perhaps someone removed the regular (female) adapter from one "head" leaving only the screw. This looks like an early model as they went to a satin chrome finish after the WWII.
john_shriver
MIcroscope adapter for screw-mount cameras? It had a leaf shutter in the adapter, with a conventional cable release socket.
dhbebb
Would fit the microscope adapter MIKAS (which included a leaf shutter as mentioned above) and also the reflex attachment first known as PLOOT and then Visoflex 1 (all Leica screw-mount cameras need a cable release with a big collar).
john_lawrence4
It was for using the Visoflex 1 with M series cameras - the end with the black ring attaches to the Visoflex 1 and the other end to the (at the time) M2 or M3 camera. All you then need is is the LTM to M mount adapter (I use the 50mm one) to mount the Visoflex 1 on your M camera.
John

john_lawrence4
I believe the code name for this cable (although I haven't got my the cable and box to hand), is OZWTO-M.
Hope this helps.
John
