Leica R telephoto with great Bokeh

  1. I'm looking for a Leica R Telephoto lens between 80 to 100mm that has great Bokeh. Yes, Bokeh, I want those really smooth and creamy
    OOF details.

I will be working with the wider apertures; so, I want a very small portion of the subject to be sharp and the rest, Bokeh.

Please share your experience and opinions to help me find the rigth lens.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. 80mm Summilux or 90mm Summicron (non-APO) are my suggestions.

  3. It's hard to go wrong with bokeh in Leica R, especially between 80-100. I would go for the 80mm Summilux, but the 90mm pre-asph would also be great, and I also find that the 100mm APO has really nice bokeh.
    This is the 100mm APO

  4. 90mm f2 Summicron (older) - I'd put it ahead of the 90mm f2.8 Elmarit for this sort of application - but both are good.

  5. 80 lux for me - it's like the nocti for R cameras
