Well according to the Hyundai commercial I saw on Superbowl broadcast yesterday. Pretty catchy, scary thing is I'm old enough to remember just about all the items except the Hindenburg and the large wheel bikes...

I'm sure one of you can tell us what kind of LF cam and lens it is, but it goes by pretty fast...

The camera and the lens especially are small. That design was very common, with a wooden flat bed that partially folded. Perhaps Burke and James for the camera???

I certainly have no experience with flash powder, but it seems peculiar to use flash powder outdoors in daylight. Why? And not very easy to synchronize!

The camera is a Eastman View #1 or #2 or a Century View on a wooden tripod with a tilt head and tripod adapter that allows the camera to be positioned on the tripod as one needs.
The lens is most likely a Wollensak or Ilex in a Wollensak or Ilex shutter. A closeup of the lens/shutter will be necessary to accurately determine as several shutters of that era looked similar.

The add playback can be paused to get a better look at the camera.

The cameras looks like an Eastman View no. 2.

Mine is 5x7, and has black bellows, and the label on the front says it is an improved model of the Century View and Empire State no. 2

The bed folds up completely at the front, but there is a separate extension that screws on at the back and an extra piece that fits underneath and allows better adjustment and balance at long extension. It looks as though he has both fitted.

The lens looks a reasonable size. Very fancy, it has a shutter. :)
There are smaller lenses that will cover, but they are not exactly wide aperture though.

Flash ? Very. I think he's just showing off for the movie guys.
