Lab Prints

<p>I searched PDN and Googled this question with no responses. I've recently switched from Collages.net to Lab Prints for hosting and I keep having little issues arise. Lab Prints doesn't seem to have a customer service or support line, and their FAQ's cover only the most basic of questions. <br>

Is there someone out there who uses them and can tell me how to select and image for the cover of an online gallery? It should seem pretty simple, Click on "select cover image" and where I sould expect to see a browser or a dropdown to select the image, I get a blank box. Do I need to put the entire file extension in? </p>
