Is there a way to make the 5D mkII's focusing points disappear?

<p>Is there a way to make the 5D mkII's focusing points disappear? I'm thinking of my 1v's system, where one can make just the central focus point glow red all the time, and hide all the others. I prefer to use just the cental focusing point anyway.</p>

<p>I also don't think it's possible, but sounds like a good idea. I find the full frame EOS body focal points too tightly clustered, to the extent that it's hard to discern which point is the center one. I often need to do a tentative focus to verify, and am often mistaken as to which is center.</p>

<p>Press the joystick, navigate to the image of the focus points and press again. Select the point(s) you want with the jog wheel. Press the joystick again.</p>
