Is it possible to use PhotoCritique only for comments?

I tried doing the above (using "Submit explicitly"), but the option

changes to AutoSubmit the second time. When I enter my comment (sans

rating), and click AutoSubmit, I get:

If instead I press "Submit", it only serves up the same picture, and

ignores my comment. I could go through the Recent list, and rate

individually, but that would take up too much time. Am I overlooking

something?
