Infrared modified camera

<p>Hello there!<br>

I am a new member of photo.net and i would like to post my first question about a Canon Powershot G2 infrared modified camera.<br>

I have this camera for two years and i have taken some nice B&W infrared pictures (not very sharp but they are ok)<br>

But the last time i used this camera ALL the pictures i took were red (or i should say pink) and out of focus.<br>

The settings that i used were the same as the other times.<br>

Does anybody has an idea of what might be wrong and what should i do to fix this problem?<br>

<p>Are you saying the pictures weren't pink before? Did you have it sent to a black/white mode, and now it's in color mode?<br>

I have an infrared-modified camera. Normal behavior is that the images are strongly magenta and require post-processing. Also, I try to shoot at higher f-stops (f/8, f/11) to make focusing less critical.</p>
