wigwam jones
There is a show on HGTV cable network that my wife and I enjoy watching from time to time. Last night, they featured a home in which the current owners had discovered an old box Brownie with film in it. The owner, alluding to the fact that he had his own darkroom, developed the negs and printed them - they looked really nice, not at all what one would expect - looked like the prints were circa 1950 or so, so the roll had been in the camera since about that time, although the Brownie was MUCH older - it looked like a circa 1904 black leather covered 'box' Brownie (and looked mint). "First, when Sherry and Stephen "Schaf" Schafer renovated their old farmhouse in Ventura, Calif., they found out about the outrageous woman, Betty Hamilton, who lived in the house prior to them." The show is "If Walls Could Talk ... ", Episode WCT-1203, Presidential History, AIR TIMES: ユ December 04, 2005 10:00 PM ET/PT ユ December 05, 2005 2:00 AM ET/PT I just wondered if it was someone from this forum, since I have often enjoyed the efforts of the collectors who develop the old film from the cameras they acquire.
