craig_kaufman
I recently purchased a used sl66, but when I was playing with the mirror lockup, it seems to have jammed itself and will not wind or release the mirror. I believe I may have released the mirror lockup without the shutter being codked. Ther is no film in the camera. Does any one know of a way to unjam this camera?????? fwstutterheim
Hello Craig,
Try the trick for double exposures. This involves cocking the shutter whithout film transport. You have to find the release for double exposures first. This release is under the crank when it is folded in. You should see it when folding out the crank. Move the release in the direction of the end of the crank. I hope you can make the usual swing which will cock the shutter.
Good luck, Ferdinand.
