alfaromeo
when you calibrate and when it says the calibration profile has been created successfully, go to windows>system32>spool>drivers>color folder and look if the spyder2express profile is there. Then go to display properties>settings>advanced>color management and add this profile and set it as a default. Restart the computer and see if the profile loads into your videocard, should get the massage something like successfully loaded.

alfaromeo
uninstall the spyder2 program, reinstall, do calibration again and see if it happens again. How do you do calibration. Do you get the massage 'profile has been created successfully'?
martin_stein
I use the Microsoft color settings control panel plugin. You can download it from MS --- http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=1E33DCA0-7721-43CA-9174-7F8D429FBB9E&displaylang=en It is easier to use than the monitor setting tab. First I run the Spyder Express (with only one of the two monitors on). It creates a profile and associates it with the monitor. I then go to the color control panel thing and rename the created profile and make it the default. Then I repeat for the other monitor. Hope that helps. I have a HP 2335 and a HP 2035. rosan
Thanks for your advice Martin but it did not solved my problem. I had tried the most and right now I?m out of ideas. I suspect the graphic card (NVIDIA GeForce 7900GTX) locking the opportunity to change colour profile In the colour settings. It doesn't matter what colour profile I select from the list, it will not associate with the Display. Hope someone do recognize the problem and help me out.
