How was this image edited?

Hi Forum, I am a newbie and hope I am in the right place for a question about post processing with Lightroom and Photoshop. If not point me there please.

Anyway, can anyone help me recreate the post in this image by another photographer, who I don't know? I am thinking texture and color correction. I have a job and have to deliver the same results and simply can't find out how they got such a luxurious light and texture. i have already done the shoot and recreated the lighting very close to these images but the devil is in the image editing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
