The leaf-shutter SLR article has historical interest - it helps to explain a dead end of technical development that was not so evident at the time. The list of lenses is astonishing! An impressive resource to compare relative prices. For instance, the 50mm f/2 Pancolar, Summicron and Planar cost about the same, and a lot more than a Nikkor 50/2 at the time.
