How to get "Leica Lens Compedium" by Erwin Puts

    This fellow has been trying intermittently for quite a few months to obtain a new copy of Erwin Puts' relatively new book "Leica Lens Compedium". The major vendors do not have this book in stock.     I've just order a copy at amazon.co.uk @34.95 + 5.95(delivery charge)
    GBP. I think the delivery charge here is cheaper than from the
    publisher direct.
