How To Check CCard Info Is Up To Date With Auto Renew?

I just got the email alert for PN subscription membership renewal where I noticed in my account (with the new design) I'm on Auto Renew. I'ld like to just leave it on and see what happens.

However, because this is the first time to renew under the new design interface I'm not clear or can't remember how to check if my credit card info is up to date.

Will I be alerted that the payment didn't go through? Or is there some other easier procedure that isn't buggy or fraught with interface design navigation issues.

I don't want to go through what I went through with the updating password where I got two different interfaces that I wasn't sure took hold and stayed for instance having the option of signing in through Google or Facebook accounts.

I have 20 days to renew.
