Hi all!

I recently bidded and won a Bogen Background Support System 3337 from eBay. Got a

good price for it. But they didn't come with any instructions :(

I was wondering if anyone had a pdf of it?

I just want to know how to attach the two clamps they came with the system. Call me

dumb or noob. But I can't figure out how to attach them to the system while holding up a

backdrop.....

Hope someone can help me :D Need to shoot some portfolio shots and need to figure out

soon how to work these clamps!

Thanks all for viewing and replying :D

Cheers,

Berry

Hi

I have the same system. It comes with minimalist instructions and I don't remember

that they cover the clamps. I will try to dig it but no promises...

Still here's what I do. Essentially the clamps don't screw into the rest of the system (or

I could not find how to) but are intended to hold things. When I use paper, I slip the

horizontal bar through the paper roll. I might put the clamps on the free end of the paper

to serve as weights.

When I use bed sheets (I don't own muslin yet), I use the clamps to attach the sheet to

the horizontal bar.

The clamps have a 5/8" socket but I don't you're suppose to use it to attach to the

background support system. The clamps are standard product (2891) and I imagine the

sockets are intended for other applications.

You might want to buy an extra clamp or two BTW. They are handy.

Hi Benoit :D

Thanks for the quick reply and also trying to scan the instructiosn in for me :D if you can't

do that would you be able to take some photos of the clamps in action? being used? thats

if you have a digital camera so ti'll be easy to upload them.

Thanks once again!
