Hasselblad 503cx viewing screens

Hello to all. Since I purchased my 503cx used, I am unsure which groundglass it came with. Standard (I don't think so), acute-matte (I think so)or acute-matte D (I hope so)? Are there any noticeable markings to differentiate between the three? Thank you all for your help and thanks Philip for the wonderful site. Gary

Gary,

Acute-mattes just look brighter and with a finer screen in general. Acute-matte Ds, however, have a couple of little notches cut out of the frame near one corner. So the D is very identifable. The older acute-mattes a little harder.

I got the D with microprism and rangefinder and have found it to help with my almost fifty year old eyes' focusing abilities ;-)

Enjoy your camera.
