Ilya, to me the broken wires suggest a very good reason why somebody with a working meter wouldn't want to remove the back just to take a picture of it for you. It seems pretty obvious where the wires are broken out from, and it's unlikely that setting your meter's potentiometers the same as someone else's would result in your meter being accurate.

I have one.

And Joe and Bob have the answers why I am not taking it apart.

When I was a kid I took electronic stuff apart. And then it didn't work anymore. That's why I eventually learned

electronics, to fix what I broke. My pots are not going to be the same as yours, pots are variable resistors. If they were all

the same from model to model they would just be a standard resistor.

Mine works just fine. You may buy it if you like.

ps, I subscribe to the Smoke Theory of electronics. All of that stuff is powered by smoke, and when you let the smoke out

it doesn't work anymore. Did you perhaps let the smoke out of your meter?

I have two similar meters but neither seem to be quite like yours.

First, Luna-Lux SBC (click to see in larger sizes):

Fortunately the metal cover pops off the back easily on these, though it wasn't obvious to me initially (I thought the case was going to split on the side); and was about to give up when I noticed on Ilya's photo that the plastic case was still fully assembled.
