Good forum to discuss D90 and D7000

<p>I see this forum is still in its infancy. Any where else? dvxuser used to have good discussion of D90, but quality of discussion seems to have tapered off.</p>

<p>dv.com has forums, but none specifically for this. The discussion is less about cameras and more about preproduction, production, and postproduction.<br>

From what I've seen, the D90 makes good video but doesn't offer many controls like exposure compensation or shutter speed. These are useful controls, which is one reason why an actual camcorder will be part of my arsenal for some time to come.<br>

On the other hand, a still camera with video is mighty useful if the alternative is no video in a certain situation. I have a Nikon P5100 and used it to capture the video in this piece:<br>
