Gamma, Intent for SF 6.6

i decide to scan some slides with a Minolta DSE5400 and SF6.6 Ai Studio.<br>

What will be the best setting for the gamma (value and auto contrast on or off) and intent in SF6.6 so i can open my files in LR3 with the minimum change.<br>

When i open my files in LR, the contrast is at linear in curves. Should i leave it there or any change will add to the previous curve?<br>

I'm also going to recalibrate my scanner using ProPhoto as in LR to help me.<br>
