kent_phelan Posted August 13, 2003 Share Posted August 13, 2003 Many of you may know this by now, but I thought I'd pass along the sad news that Frances Baer passed away on July 24, 2003. Frances was the wife of photographer Morley Baer, and was a fine photographer and painter (she used a 5x7 camera). She was 86 at the time of her death. ian_greant Posted August 13, 2003 Share Posted August 13, 2003 I am not a regular subscriber to lenswork but I am fortunate enough to have the issue with her interview in it. I've read it several times and laughed out loud at some of the stories she told of EW and AA. I'm sure it would have been a joy to have shared even an afternoon with her.
