dave_barker1 Posted April 29, 2004 Share Posted April 29, 2004 Some experimenting is usually necessary, and also the effects you want to achieve (lots of bursts in a single frame, background lighting, etc.) A good place to start is with an f stop between 16 and 22, and shutter between 2 and 10 seconds. With ISO 100 film I generally start af f/8 -- but that will depend on the intensity of the barrage --and vary the time duration. the rules are you should not make such an ass out of yourself that you detract from others' pleasure.
