Greetings all and welcome to our new thread. As usual post all the images you want from any film camera. I'll start with some recent shots that I developed and scanned over the weekend.

The HiMatic 7S is among the many CDS metering cameras that depends on the constant 1.35 volts of its battery (Wein cell now instead of banned Mercury cell). I tried a silver oxide 625 in mine so my shots were underexposed, but I think my Epson V600 scanner handled them well. FWIW, I prefer the manual settings on the 7S since in auto mode the VF readout just gives EV numbers., Great lens, which I rate on par with the excellent Hexanon in the Konica Auto S2.

Volkswagen Beetles do photograph well. They're not actually that bad to drive. One of my friends from high school had a used 1969 Beetle and it was fun to drive. It would top out on level ground around 80, but still fun to drive.

My first car right out of high school was a 72 Super Beetle (Supers had the strut front suspension, a bit larger trunk and handled a little better). I loved it and had it for 20 years before rust took its final toll.

Hope its ok for me to upload a film EOS photo

In the Film Camera Week forum all film cameras are welcome. We tried a dedicated thread for modern film cameras in the Modern Film Camera forum but had little participation. A few years back we decided to welcome posts from any film camera in this weekly thread.
