I'm new to this myself and you may already have an answer but my manual for the camera says that the Guide Number is 12 as ASA 100.

The farthest flash distances for this setting are given as 2.7m on wide and 1.7m telephoto. Using ASA 400 which is more useful for this excellent but rather slow lensed camera, the corresponding values are more useful: Guide number is 24 giving maximum distances of 5.3m and 3.5m, telephoto and wide angle respectively. This should work and you presumably have tried it out by now. How did you get on?
