dougrice
Hi All,
I was wondering how people felt about Nikon School seminars. acbeddoe
It was informative and fun, got to meet other people interested in photography, but it's a little over-priced.
ron_snyder6
The one I went to years ago was basically a live infomercial. To do this "YOU NEED TO BUY THIS NIKON LENS", do to this other thing "YOU NEED TO BUY THIS NIKON ASSY" and on & on it went.
ShunCheung
A few years ago, I went to the Sunday session on more advanced digital photography techniques. They have a lot of information on image capturing and post processing, etc. If you are a beginner to intermediate photographer, it should be quite useful. I was already familiar with most of the topics so that it was not as useful for me.

At least I did not get the impression that it was like an informercial, but that may depend on the specific class and instructors.

I agree that it is on the expensive side. They provided lunch and the portion was quite small.
