I dont know about all of them, but mine looked brand new, no tiny scratches or anything. As for my camera, the only difference was the price and the box. In my pricing checks they are about 200 higher than a Like new minus at KEH. What you are buying IMO is a reasonable guarantee that everything works perhaps more so on the refurb although KEH is known for checking their stuff out pretty accurately.
