Eye piece extension for Mamiya Press Universal Super 23

I see that there is a extension for the eye piece of the Mamiya Press camera. I am

guessing that this extension allows the photographer to comfortably use a polaroid back

or Graphlex back. Does this extension magnify the image in the finder? Does it help the

photographer to focus by any available magnification? Is there anything...bad...about it?

Timber, by the downloaded instruction manual, the magnification is 0.75x, and to me that means a negative magnification. And you're correct, it is for graphlex, and 70mm backs, dunno about polaroid.
