events?

Hello,<p>

 

I do parties and concerts photography and I'm looking for a word that

will sumarize my activity. I think to "events" but I was told that

it's not exciting enough it sounds a bit boring. In french we

say "photographie evenementiel".<p>

I think "I do parties and concerts photography" is direct, honest, simple, and to the point. Why gild the lily? Brevity is the soul of wit.....and lingerie. Your images should speak for themselves.

I will try to be more clear. I need a commercial sentence that will help my customers to understand I'm the right man for them by using their own words not mine. Does someone know the buzz words that will help? As you can tell by reading me - english is not my mother language. I know these words in french - my french fellow photographers say them when they describe their activity. I guess the same goes for english.<p>

Why not just say, "Specializing in Event and Performance Photography." You could substitute "Concert" for "Performance" if prefer. In English the word "event" is commonly used by photographers who do this sort of work. I'm not sure why it has to sound exciting. Better that it accurately describes your speciality to your customers in my opinion.

It was the opinion of an australian friend altough he is not a photographer... So for you event photography fits the bill? And performance and events will be perfectly understood? I will do concerts, parties, dance performances, theater perfomances, music festival audience...<p>
