tim_eastman
I am printing my X-mas cards on my 2400; 3 per 8.5 X 11 When I specify the number of copies ( 6 ) it forces me to go to front feed, which eliminated borderless printing. Can rear feed handle borderless?
sknowles
Yes, I print 4x6 photos for cards borderless. You lose a little on the overlap so you have to adjust those images you want to be full on the print. I run proof prints to set the color for each image and then crank out however many I need for each.
colin_mattson1
It definitely shouldn't be forcing you to front feed, since you wouldn't even be able to print normal media via that feed path.

Does it actually lock out the other feed paths, or just change your setting to front feed?
tim_eastman
It gives me a message with a red X over the top feed tray and won't print. I am printing on double sided matte paper.
patricklavoie
depend of the kind of paper you are using and the profile you select. Any heavy kind of paper like watercolor or velvet for example will ahve to go the special loading front tray.
alan_goldhammer
If you are doing cards, I would recommend getting the pre-scored Museo Artist Cards. They are made of good quality Crane card stock and coated for matte inkjet printing. I've been using these for the last nine months and they are of high quality. They go right through the sheet feeder.
