amith_munindradasa
The EOS 5 exposure meter algorithm (in evaluative metering) pushes the backlit or strongly sidelit suject to have silhouette forground. presumably normal, is that right? According to my understading CF16 overrides this condition. But it is labelled as 'automatic flash reduction control'. Does that mean, it overrides only flash exposure or when it is activated everything is put to normal exposure?
bobatkins
As far as I know, CF16 simply turns off the flash reduction algorithm. I don't think it has any effect on exposure (shutter speed and aperture).
