cbettis
Loaded up a fresh battery in the new E-P2, put in a new SD card, formatted it in the camera and went out to shoot. After the first shot, I got a "card error". Reformatted the card, took onw shot and with the second shot I got "card error" again. Did the same a couple more times with the same result. Is this likely a defective card (it was/is new)? Thanks for your help!
jcuknz
I don't know but I never format my cards in normal practice. Have you tried a different card, it is a thing to do when you have problems and trying to discover what exactly is wrong. I would try another card directly from the shop without it being formatted.
I hope somebody who knows will answer your query :-)
mark_stephan2
What brand is the card? I've always used Sandisk and have never experienced a problem. I also only format in camera. Do you have another card or can you borrow one to check and see if you have a bad sd card?
