jack_franklin
I am running OS 10.5.5 on a new Imac. I have upgraded DPP to 3.4.1.1 and DPP will NOT run. DPP will open and on my desktop I can see the squares with the file information but NO thumbnail of the image. When I click on the square I get the colored spinning gear that will last for ever if I let it. I must force quit DPP. When I open FORCE QUIT it reads NOT RESPONDING next to the words in RED, DIGITAL PHOTO PROFESSIONAL. Can anyone help! THANKS,JF
robert_brake1
Just a wild guess but I had some similar problems recently when upgrading from a G4 Tiger to a Dual core Leopard using Migration Assistant. A few programs that I had originally installed before the Intel Macs came out had to be uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest Leopard releases even though I had updated them. It was as if some of the original non-Intel areas of the program were still in control of some basic functions.
