    Hey, team, no need to apologize for the outage. Just wanted to say thanks for
    all the hard work.
  2. Admin team: been there. It's the worst, and rather than crabby, I'm feeling very sympathetic.

    Actually, I'm GRATEFUL for the outage. You have no idea how much more productive I was for an hour or so today. Whew! If I pay extra, will you schedule some more of these events? It's sort of like a workshop, in a way. Your red-html-error/bulletin should just say, "Go take some pictures while we work on this." Good luck on the restore!
