Does photo.net use icontact.com to send email?

<p>Recently I've started getting spam from icontact.com purporting to be from photo.net. Does anybody know if this is legit?</p>

<p>I think I figured it out - there's an option called "Receive sponsored emails from our partners" which was enabled on my account. Photo.net does seem to be using icontact.com even though their newsletter page says Silverpop.com - it looks like they haven't updated that page in a couple of years.<br>

So photo.net - update your newsletter page and please try to make the sponsored emails sound a little less spammy if you can.<br>
