Obviously the problem is either in the camera or the processing. If

you are SURE the processing is good (try another lab), the problems

could be in the lens or camera. Try another lens if you can.

There's no secret. If the camera and lens are working and you have a

good lab, your pictures will be fine. The auto program mode should

give good results under most conditions
