digital manipulation books and resources

<p>I am looking for good resources (books, articles, etc.) on learning more about using photoshop creatively to manipulate photo's such as digital montage, surreal images etc. I'd prefer an exercise book, CD or articles where I can use an author's example. Any suggestions? I do have Katrin Eismann's book on manipulations that has been my best resource so far.</p>

<p>thanks Mark, i'll check it out...what I'd love to be able to do is to learn some of the skills you might see in images created by Maggie Taylor and her husband Jerry Uelsmann, although one does it digitally and the other with film...many other people on this website put together these types of images such as Ben Goosens, Pavel Kaplun etc. It's such an incredible skill...Thanks again!
