I have a well-functioning Graflex 4x5 workhorse with several good Schneider lenses that I am reluctant to use as paperweights, but finding and processing film is becoming more difficult. What are my digital options, if I want to keep working in LF without spending a fortune? Invest in a preloved digital back? Any suggestions for the most economical digital back that can go on a 4x5 revolving Graflof back and is fast enough to make portraits? Swap my old Graflek for a different camera body that goes better with a digital back? But isn't Graflex hard to beat in terms of endurability, weight, price, etc.? Use my good LF lenses on some other digital camera solution? Or is this just science fiction?
