Dedolights are miniature versions of those movie lights are are very useful for lighting tiny objects and/or working in very confined spaces. helenbach Posted October 22, 2003 Share Posted October 22, 2003 I use my 100 W and 650 W dedo lights a lot. They put out more light than the standard fresnel equivalents (at the same spread), and the beam is more controllable. They are indeed very nice lights. The 100 W units are very popular on movie sets - the larger ones don't seem to have caught on as much. The Arri 150 Junior, for example, compares poorly to a 100 W dedo.
