D7000 Autofocus Settings for Moving Subjects

<p>What settings have you used successfully for moving subjects (e.g. birds in flight)? Thanks.</p>

<p>Robert: You don't say what lens ... VR 'normal' (on) or 'active' (more on:)), but the answer is on page 94 of the manual. THEY say you want 39 point dynamic area AF. These 9 pages of the book ... 91 to 99 are worth studying over a few times. All will become clear (and focused) when you are familiar with'autofocus mode' and 'autofocus area mode'.</p>
