D200 - LR import with different folders?

<p>Hey all, not sure if this would really be a D200 specific question or not, but I'm just starting to try and use folders in my D200 to organise shots throughout the day, after I discovered the ? button camera on trick. Using my standard method of importing into lightroom however, doesn't seem to preserve the foldering system. Lightroom just attached a -2 suffics to the files in the other folder, and both displays them as in one folder within LR, and actuallys puts them within the one folder (the photos for that date) on my hard drive.</p>

<p>Is there a setting i'm missing that'll make LR reccognize these separate folders and import them correctly? Currently I just have LR import with separate folders for the year, then sub folders for each date. I would like a further subfolder showing the 2 or more folder that I would create in my D200 for that date.</p>
